Accounting Technician (Entry-level)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, driven, and eager-to-learn Accounting Technician to join our growing team! Whether you're a FRESH GRADUATE or have up to 1 year of experience, this is a great opportunity to apply your knowledge and grow professionally in a supportive environment.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think
outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in processing vendor bills, invoices, and official receipts.
- Help prepare reports for internal use and external audits
- Maintain compliance with Philippine tax regulations and company procedures.
- Train, work, and assist clients in setting up their accounting modules and ensure accurate entries
- Work together with the client and team to achieve the accounting/financial goals of the client.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, related field, or at least 2-years in College on the above mentioned courses.
- Passion for helping clients, especially SME's
- Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting modules (Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
Nice to have
- Awareness of BIR processes and Philippine tax laws
- Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, good communication skills and a team player attitude.
- EAGERNESS and WILLINGNESS to continually learn and adopt new technologies
- Strong analytical skills
