Odoo Module Developer

You must love helping SMEs especially the non-techies!
Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client's business (mostly SMEs)
- Identify and propose cost-effective solutions
- Work with client in implementing solutions
- Document the project implementation
- Assist in training the client in using the deployed systems
Must Have
- College degree or at least two years of college
- Good understanding of (or willing and able to learn quickly) Odoo, Python and PostGre SQL
- Good communication and team skills
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Resident of Davao City/Region (can work from home)
Nice to have
- Experience in developing/deploying Odoo modules/applications
- Passion for SMEs/SMBs
- Digital Marketing experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Motorcycle/Driver's License (we go on rides for team building and planning)
