Eric

Chief Executive Officer

Eric has more than 35 years of experience in the ICT industry - as System Integrator, Corporate IT and Consultant. Of these, he has spent almost 20 years in the IT-BPM industry where he provided services to SMEs in different countries in Oceania, Asia, Europe, USA and Canada. He started Xcitech to help the local SMEs in their digital transformation.

He actively serves the community and industry with the Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. and ICT Davao, Inc.

When not working, he plays golf on weekdays and rides his adventure bike on weekends.

Darren

Business Manager

Darren has more than a decade of experience in the IT-BPO industry - as a CSR, Level 2 TSR, QA, Senior QA, Project Assistant, to name a few.

He manages the team and projects, ensuring that all clients are happily attended to and that standards are strictly followed.

When not working, he likes to spend time with his family, play video games to relax, or go ride his motorcycle whenever.

Dines

Integration Specialist

Dines is our Integration Specialist with hands-on development experience using different tech stacks. Skilled in web development and working with different databases, Dines excels at problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaborating in team environments.

Passionate about clean, efficient code, attention to detail, and adapting quickly to new tools. 

Outside of work, Dines enjoys surfing, traveling, and exploring new tech projects.

John

eCommerce Specialist

John is our E-commerce Specialist in Odoo, with expertise in coding using different languages. Skilled in software design, development, testing, and problem-solving, John quickly adapts to new technologies and best practices.

Passionate about AI, machine learning, low-level programming, and digital art, John brings both creativity and technical expertise to every project.

Outside of work, John enjoys gaming, coding for Discord, and spending time with his dogs.

Diana

Database Specialist

Diana is our Odoo Database Specialist. With hands-on experience in system setup, software updates, network troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance. 

She also excels in data entry, managing high-volume data, detail-oriented tasks with accuracy, and creating databases from scratch.

Outside of work, Diana enjoys online gaming, traveling, and spending time with their cats.

El Jhon

Website Specialist

El Jhon is an aspiring Web Developer specializing in Odoo Website, with a passion for building secure, user-friendly websites and databases. With a background in cybersecurity and bookkeeping, they bring attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a security-first mindset.

With hands-on experience with different tech stacks, El Jhon is quick to learn and adapt.

Outside of tech, El Jhon enjoys watching anime (especially One Piece 🏴‍☠️), playing acoustic guitar, and gaming online, combining creativity and fun with their technical skills.

Kate

Accounting Technician

Kate handles the tricky stuff—setting up Accounting Modules and guiding clients through Odoo processes. 

With hands-on Odoo experience, she ensures all entries are accurate and up-to-date.

When not crunching numbers, Kate enjoys badminton, Netflix binges, and long walks—bringing both sharp skills and fun energy to everything she does.

Raine

Application Support Specialist

Raine is our tech-savvy support specialist with a background in Interior Design. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in using different tools and skills related to architecture and design. 

She helps clients navigate ArchiCAD, explaining how it works and its technical features.

Outside of work, she stays inspired through anime, cooking, walks, nature trips, and reading books.
