TalaSync is an Special Middleware created by Xcitech to make your ERP or Accounting System compliant to BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) Electronic Invoicing System (EIS). It helps ensure compliance of companies to BIR Revenue Regulations No. 11-2025 as Amended by RR No. 26-2025.

Xcitech has created Talasysnc to help companies, particularly SMEs quickly transition to BIR's EIS. The system is available under the SaaS (Software as a Service) subscription model and as a self-hosted application.

Self-Hosted (VPS or On-Premise)

The client purchases a perpetual right to use the delivered middleware version under a written license. Xcitech retains intellectual property unless a separate agreement transfers it; purchase does not imply source-code ownership, resale rights. 

Xcitech installs the middleware on the client’s own VPS or on-premise server, configures the supported ERP connection, performs agreed integration and acceptance tests, and trains finance and nominated technical users. The client supplies the server, operating environment, connectivity, credentials, and authorized access. Server sizing follows measured invoice volumes and recovery needs.
